TRYOUTS:

We are a NO CUT program. We have teams at every level, from elite level teams that play on the GXL Circuit, competitive teams that participate in events in the locally and across the Northwest, and developmental teams that participate in local leagues and tournaments. We have a place for every athlete no matter their skill level.

COST:

We collect team fees from each player joining a team. Team fee costs vary from season to season but are typically in between $1,000 - $1,500 per six month season. Payment plans are available. Oly Basketball Academy also offers a scholarship program for those in need. 

​

All funds collected are put directly back into the program to hire elite level coaches and trainers, gym time, and tournament/league fees. 

​

PRACTICES/TRAINING:

Teams practice 2 times a week. One skill session per week is included in your team fee. 

​

TOURNAMENTS:

All teams participate in 2 tournaments per month. Tournaments are Saturdays and Sundays and typically two to three games each day depending on wins/losses.  

​

*Elite Level teams may play 3-4 tournaments monthly

​

Tournament locations vary. Frequent locations include: Auburn/Kent area, Centralia, Portland, and Seattle.

*Elite GXL Teams may travel to multiple states and locations. 

​

COMMUNITCATION:

Upon joining a team at Oly Basketball Academy,  communication is handled through the Teamsnap App.
